Rex Bull comes to Chief Outsiders with more than 20 years of experience across the globe in the telecommunications and high-tech industries working for companies including AT&T, GTE, Concur Technologies, ViAir, Navitaire and more.
Most recently, Bull acted as Product Line Marketing Executive at NAVITAIRE, INC., an Accenture Company, that designs and develops complex software solutions for the global airline industry. During his tenure, Bull doubled the sales pipeline within six months and established the company as a thought leader in airline crew planning.

As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Operations at ViAir, a privately held software company, Bull wasresponsible for the development of marketing strategies to help win new customers, expand category leadership, drive product innovation, and grow geographically into Europe and Asia. Bull established and maintained communications with industry analysts, defined and participated in key industry forums and conferences, and managed public relations.Bull has also served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Concur Technologies and Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management at Ameritech. While at Ameritech, he managed a $1.2 billion product portfolio that was the company's fastest growing and most profitable product line. In just three years, he was responsible for the development and introduction of $100 million in new products.
Bull's telecommunications experience also includes almost ten years at GTE, where he drove $10 million in new product revenue as the senior manager of new product development. In addition, Bull spent several years doing software development for AT&T.
Bull earned his master's in business administration in telecommunications management from the University of Dallas. He also holds a bachelor of science in computer science from North Central College, where he majored in software engineering.
