Michael Regnier, a highly accomplished executive sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, joins Chief Outsiders to help transform growing healthcare companies

SAINT PAUL, MN – June 19, 2024 – Michael Regnier, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Healthcare and SaaS/Tech industries, will now apply his unique skill sets to take client sales to the next level as a Fractional CSO for Chief Outsiders. Recently, Regnier joined Chief Outsiders’ team of more than 120 Fractional Chief Sales Officers (CSOs) and Fractional Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs).

Healthcare and SaaS Industry Sales Leadership

Prior to joining Chief Outsiders, virtually his entire 25+ years in senior sales management has been on behalf of small (under $150 million) companies which have either received a cash infusion and are ready for rapid growth or have fumbled the ball and need a "turnaround".

Notable examples include, as concurrent Vice President of Sales for six Greater Sum Ventures companies, he doubled the sales of the entire portfolio in under 14 months. And as Vice President of Sales and Corporate Accounts for the Global Innovation Lab at Wolters Kluwer Health, he attracted $1.3 million in new sales orders within the first year post-beta.

Regnier has also served as Founder and Principal at Sales Design & Delivery, LLC (Sales Consulting), Executive Vice President at LivTech/Greater Sum Ventures Healthcare Portfolio, Vice President of Sales and Corporate Accounts, Global Innovation Lab for Wolters Kluwer Health, Vice President of Sales at Prezio Health, and Vice President, Sales and Field Operations at Sterilmed, Inc. (a J&J Company).

Prior to his successful sales leadership career, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Communication from the University of Minnesota in Duluth, Minnesota, later participating in the Master’s Certificate Program in Business Communication at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
