SAN FRANCISCO, CA – January 6, 2025 – Jeff Spicer, a 25-year growth marketing executive, will now apply his extensive technology industry experience to deliver increased client revenue as a Fractional CMO with Chief Outsiders. Recently, Spicer joined Chief Outsiders’ team of more than 100 Fractional Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Fractional Chief Sales Officers (CSOs).

Later, as Chief Marketing Officer for IBM Analytics, he doubled the company’s SaaS business.

Spicer has also recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Rimini Street, Chief Marketing Officer at Yellowbrick, and Chief Marketing Officer for Green Dot. Prior to his two-year stint at IBM Analytics, he filled the role of Vice President, Digital, Brand, and Events Marketing for VMware.
