Technology Marketing Leadership
At Chief Outsiders, Hill works with the CEOs of middle-market technology companies and others to accelerate sales and market growth. For example, prior to joining Chief Outsiders, as a Fractional CMO at Managed Solution, she optimized marketing and sales performance by partnering with the C-suite at multiple companies to refine processes, systems, and budget while managing and optimizing the internal marketing team.
As a Fractional CMO at Andrews Cooper, Hill redefined branding and marketing strategy, built a fully integrated CRM and marketing automation system, and created a marketing engine. She also led a team of UX/UI designers and partnered with software development to take Repositax from concept to complete build-out with an MVP and beta launch within the US.
As the CEO and chief brand strategist at Incitrio| a Branding and Marketing Agency, Hill worked for 19 years with global clients to leverage marketing strategy and targeted campaigns to increase brand valuation for maximum ROI and sales benefit. Notably, her team prepped and facilitated client acquisitions ranging in value from $50 million to $200 million for publicly disclosed valuations and significantly higher for private valuations.
Hill’s executive marketing experience also includes Fractional CMO roles at Coast Care Partners, Charbon Plus, DVC Dry Vapor Cleaner, and Hall Private Wealth Advisors. Prior to that, she served as CMO/COO at eBank Communications. She also provided leadership and expertise as a member of numerous non-profit boards and mentoring organizations, such as the Corporate Directors Forum, Vistage, and Springboard. Throughout her career, Hill has received numerous national and international awards and has spoken at national and international conferences on the topics of branding and marketing.
A former instructor at the University of San Diego (USD) on branding and digital marketing, she also served as an adjunct professor at San Diego State University (SDSU) for the capstone class of the Graphic Design major. Prior to her successful marketing career, she earned a BFA in Visual Communications with a Minor in Marketing/Branding from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
